Photographing Life at Aurora Woodlands School
I recently had the opportunity to photograph at Aurora Woodlands, an independent specialist day school in Lancashire for boys aged 10–19. The school supports young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, as well as behavioural challenges.
My aim was to capture the day-to-day moments that reflect the positive relationships between students and staff—honest, natural photography that shows the support and care within the school. The images are now proudly used across Aurora Woodlands' website, printed materials, and social media.
